What are the requirements?
There are 2 types of investors “Accredited” or a “Non-Accredited”.
Accredited: An accredited investor is a partner who's:
Annual income exceeds $200,000 (single) or $300,000 for joint income with spouse for the last 2 years and reasonably expects the same or higher in the future or has a net worth above $1 Million either individually or with their spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).
Non-Accredited or sophisticated investor is a high-net-worth investor with sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters, making them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment.
It can be $50,000 to $100,000 but It depends on the investment property. You can invest using your self-directed IRAs/401K money without penalty using a third-party self directed custodian company. Contact us if you have questions about how this works
What is the holding period of my investment?
Investors can expect to commit their capital to an 18 months to 5 years hold period. This time period varies based on the specific investment and the business plan implemented for each project. Investors will know ahead the projected timeline and exit strategy for their investments
What is the expected return of my investment?
Usually we promote a double digit annual return with no guarantees over the life of the investment, but every project/investment is different. We announce the projected returns, equity structure and exit strategy for each investment via email and through webinars.
How often can I expect distribution?
Usually the distributions are done in a quarterly basis but it will depend on the specific business plan for each project/investment.
